Shipping Cost: How much is Shipping?

Domestic shipping is $5.95 for ground  shipping via USPS (US Postal Service) and normally takes 3-5 business days (longer during the holidays). We also offer Fedex 2nd Day shipping for $8.99 and ship M-F, so if you order after 12PM on Friday, it will ship Monday and you will probably receive it on Wednesday.  For Canada, it's $16.95 USD flat rate and all other international is $17.95 USD flat rate. We offer FREE ground shipping (US only) when you spend $40 after any discounts are applied.

Time in transit: How long will it take to receive my order?

Domestic ground shipping is shipped via USPS (US Postal Service) and normally takes 3-5 business days. (longer during the holidays). We also offer Fedex 2nd Day shipping and ship M-F, so if you order after 12PM on Friday, it will ship Monday and you will probably receive it on Wednesday. International shipping can take up to two weeks depending on your country's postal service.

Canada orders also ship vis US Postal and can take up to two weeks depending on location and customs.

All other international shipping will depend on your countries postal service and some are fast and others are not so fast.

When will my order ship?

We love to ship orders fast at Tinte. We try to get your order printed and packed within 24 hours. Once we do, we have daily pickups between noon and 4pm Monday - Friday (M-F). If you place an order after noon on Friday, it might not get picked up until Monday. 

Tracking: When will my package get scanned and when will I see it start to move?

You will receive an email or text with your tracking number once we print the label. Please allow 24 hours for the package to start to show progress once it's scanned by the carrier based on the shipping schedule above.

Free Shipping: How can I qualify for FREE shipping for my order?

We offer FREE ground shipping via the US Postal service (US only) when you spend $40 after any discounts are applied. We do not offer free shipping on international orders at this time.

What if my order says it's been delivered but I do not have it?

This happens sometimes. Either it was scanned as delivered and is still on the truck, or it was delivered to a neighbor.

If it is not convenient for you to ask your PO carrier, we normally ask you to wait one more day. If it isn’t resolved, we can run a trace with the post office and they normally find it.

How can I return my order?

You can return any un-opened items for a full refund. Just send us a message using this link and we will help you resolve any issues.
